Round One Kit – Here Comes the Sun
Well, I finished it and I really like how it came out. I wasn’t real thrilled with the color palette, but it looks a LOT better once you make something with it. Check out the preview:
It’s a Mini Kit that contains 8 papers (4 patterns and 4 solids) and 15 elements. I called it Here Comes the Sun. It reminded me of that hint of blue sky behind the whitish-gray clouds and the sun just wanting to show off its light. Not quite Spring, but a small promise of what’s to come.
AND, as I learned, I did a layout with it. I managed to use every item in the kit except for the white frame. Check it out:

Do you also see my wonderfully sweet oranges that are slowly dropping off my tree because of too many below freezing nights??? I’ve been trying to get out every morning to pick them up before the “fauna” get them …
